Stainless steel mixing tank mixer is a typical mixing equipment, mainly used for various liquids mixing and solid-liquid mixing.

Product main structural components
Agitator tank
Material distinction, it is divided into carbon steel, stainless steel, FRP, composite materials and so on.
Shape requirements, it can be divided into vertical mixing tank, horizontal mixing tank, flat bottom tank, cone type head tank, oval type head tank, torispherical head tank and so on.
Pressure requirements, it can be divided into atmospheric tank, pressure tank, vacuum tank, negative pressure tank, etc.
Functional requirements, it can be divided into ordinary type, heating type (including jacketed electric heating, coil heating, steam heating, etc.), vacuum type.
Different mixing tank layers:
Single layer (conventional storage, mixing, blending, dispersion, etc.),
Double layers (added one jacket layer on the basis of single layer, can be used to achieve insulation, heating, cooling function, quick effect, safety and health),
Three layers (adding a thermal insulation layer on the basis of the double layer, which can effectively reduce the energy loss of cold or hot media and ensure the stability of the temperature in the tank).
Agitating shaft
The power output of the micro pneumatic motor in the mixing equipment is transmitted to the mixing impeller through the mixing shaft, so the mixing shaft must be sufficient strength. At the same time, the mixing shaft need be connected with the mixing impeller, and pass through the shaft seal device, bearings, couplings and other components, so the mixing shaft should have a reasonable structure, high processing accuracy and matching tolerances.
According to the supporting structure, the mixing shaft in the mixing equipment can be set or not set the middle bearing or bottom bearing, if not set, convenient to maintenance, especially for the high cleanliness requirements of the mixture, food or medicine mixing, can reduce the components inside the tank, so it should be preferred selected.
Mixing tank internal parts
Including baffles, coil heater, etc.
In order to eliminate the swirling phenomenon of the liquid in the mixing container and make the stirred liquid billow up and down to achieve a evenly mixture, it is usually necessary to add a baffle inside the mixing tank. Usually, the width of the baffle is about 1/12 to 1/10 of the diameter of the tank container, in which the accessories in the tank such as thermometers, heat transfer coils or other supports can also play a same certain role as the baffle. Usually increase the number of baffles and its width, the power consumption will also increase, but after increasing to a certain value, the power consumption will not increase, and the working condition at that time is called "full baffle condition".
Shaft seal
Shaft seal is an important part of mixing equipment. The shaft seal is a dynamic seal, and its role is to ensure that the mixing equipment is in a certain positive pressure or vacuum state, to prevent the escape of the stirred material and the infiltration of impurities, so not all shaft seal types can be used for mixing equipment. In mixing equipment, the most commonly used shaft seals are liquid seals, packing seals and mechanical seals.
Transmission devices
The transmission device of mixing equipment includes miniature air motor, reducer, coupling, bearing and supporting frame, etc. The mixing drive device usually use a combination of air motor and reducer to make the stirring reach the required speed.
The function of the transmission device is to make the mixing shaft rotate at the required speed and ensure to get the required torque. In most mixing equipment, there is only one stirring shaft, and the mixer rotates in one direction at a constant speed. However, there are also some special mixing equipment, in order to obtain a better mixing effect, use two mixing shafts in a mixing equipment, and drive the mixer to carry out a complex mutual movement.
Air motor
The stirring shaft of the stirring equipment is usually driven by a miniature pneumatic motor. Usually the needed speed of the mixing equipment is low, so the air motor is used together with the reducer in most cases, but sometimes only use one air motor which is suitable for occasions where the speed and torque requirements are not so high. Therefore, when selecting an air motor, special consideration should be given to the matching selection with the reducer and the requirements of the speed and torque at the end user's working site, as well as the air pressure that can be provided there.
