This type pneumatic lift mixer designed for 55-gallon (200L) open-top drums, equipped with an electrolytically treated stainless steel lid.

Key Features:

• Powered by a piston-type explosion-proof air motor (AM6-3/4HP) with Explosion-proof certification No[2].CJEx13.1251X. No-load speed: 0-900 RPM (adjustable); max. air consumption: 507 L/min.
• Stable mixing performance with no stalling at low speeds. Motor output shaft treated for corrosion resistance against water-based paints. Long service life; maintenance-free (pre-lubricated with silicone-free grease). Ideal for paint circulation systems.
• Impeller Options:
• Standard: two 250mm low-shear three-blade impellers. Other types e.g., 250mm funnel type available.
• All paint-contact parts made of GB 304 stainless steel (SUS316 for water-based paint). Impeller in SUS304/SUS316 with mirror polish.
• Pneumatic lifting column ensures smooth vertical movement (1000mm max. lift), controlled by a hand valve.
• Includes a one-piece pressed stainless steel drum lid (200L) with electrolytic finish. Lid features a 100mm sight glass, 3/4PT suction/return tubes, and an automatic float assembly.
• Customizable stainless steel impellers and shafts available.
