The meaning of the mixing tank is to stir, mix, harmonize, homogenize, etc, stainless steel mixing tank according to the requirements of the production process design structure and configuration can be standardized and customized. The mixing tank can realize feed control, discharge control, mixing control and other manual automatic control during the mixing process.

Mixing tanks are widely used in paint, medicine, chemical industry, pigment, resin, food, scientific research and other industries. The equipment can be made of carbon steel, stainless steel and other materials according to the process requirements of the user's products, as well as heating and cooling devices to meet different process and production needs. The heating form includes jacketed electric heating, coil heating,steam heating, the equipment structure design is reasonable, advanced technology, durable, and has the characteristics of simple operation, easy to use, is an ideal mixing equipment.

Operation of stainless steel ss tank with stirrer

(1) Check whether the device is "normal" and confirm that the device is clean and meets the requirements.

(2) Check whether the connection between the mixing impeller and the air motor is secure and reliable.

(3) The mixing tank size is selected according to the amount of the mixing liquid, and the general liquid sample quantity is not less than 1/3 of the volume of mixing tank.

(4) Slowly adjust the speed control valve (air flow control valve) so that the mixing speed is slowly increased until the required speed. The speed range is recommended to 0 to half of max air motor free speed.

(5) Before operation,turn the speed control valve to the position of zero speed.

(6) Add the liquid and then open the air flow valve.

(7) Cut off the compressed air supply after the equipment is used.

1. Please check whether there is serious damage or deformation of the equipment during transportation, and check whether the fasteners of the equipment are loose.

2. If the mixing tank is mounted on the ground,please use the way of embedded anchor bolts on a solid basis to install the equipment horizontally.

3. Please under the guidance of professionals, install the equipment, electrical control devices and accessories correctly, and check whether the pipeline is clear, whether the installed instrument is correct,or any damage happened. Before operating, please check whether there are people or objects in and around the device that affect the normal operation of the device.

4. After the installation, please first conduct a few seconds of trial run, make sure that there is no electrical short circuit or no abnormal sound, before a short time of test turn.

5. If the mixing tank is equipped with a mechanical seal, an appropriate amount of 10# or sewing machine oil must be injected into the sealing lubrication tank before the main engine starts, and cooling water must be injected into the sealing cooling chamber so that the sealing device can be well lubricated and cooled. The machine seal is not adjusted when leaving the factory. After installation, adjust the machine seal to the best position according to the installation instruction manual before normal operation.

6. After the equipment is in normal operation, please check the bearing temperature, smoothness of operation,seal performance, etc., and whether the instrument is normal. After confirming the normal operation, the machine can be operated normally.
