Warning: Before repairing the pump, remove the air source piping from the pump and release the air pressure from the pump. Remove all pipelines connecting the inlet and outlet of the pump, then drain the fluid from the pump into an appropriate container. Wear protective hats, glasses and gloves.

1. Check whether there are impurities in the filter or air filter device at the air inlet.

2. Check whether the air valve is stuck and clean the air valve with cleaning liquid.

3. Check whether the air valve is worn, and replace the new parts if necessary.

4. Check the sealing parts of the center body, if serious wear, it can not achieve the sealing effect.

5. Check whether the piston activity in the air valve is normal.

6. Check the type of lubricating oil. If the lubricating oil added is higher than the recommended oil viscosity, the piston may jam or operate improperly.

1) The pneumatic diaphragm pump is powered by compressed air, and proper lubrication can make the operation of the pump more stable and extend the service life of the pump.
2) To ensure that the compressed air is clean, unclean air is easy to wear the valve, it is recommended to install FRL.
3) The pump should be slowly opened and closed to reduce the impact on the pipeline and diaphragm, check whether the pipeline connection is loose before starting.
4) When transporting dangerous liquids, please connect the pump exhaust to a safe place to avoid danger when the diaphragm is damaged.
5) Please clean it in time after conveying the liquid that is easy to dry, so as to avoid damaging the diaphragm or failing to start the next time.
6) When the pipeline is long, the pipeline should be fixed, and the pump can not be used to withstand the weight and vibration of the pipeline.

The high pressure of the fluid may lead to serious personal injury and property damage, please do not perform any maintenance work on the pump and material pipe system while the pump is pressurized. When maintenance is required, first cut off the pump intake, open the pressure relief mechanism to relieve the pressure of the pipeline system, and slowly loosen the connected pipe joints. Ensure that all parts in contact with the medium are not corroded by the conveying fluid. Ensure that all operators are familiar with the operation and use of the pump safety precautions, if necessary, equipped with the necessary protective equipment.
