Pneumatic diaphragm pump is a new type of conveying machinery, using compressed air as the power source, for all kinds of corrosive liquids, liquids with particles, high viscosity, volatile, flammable, highly toxic liquids, all can be pumped out.
1 air diaphragm pump has four materials: engineering plastic, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, cast iron. Air operated diaphragm pump according to different liquid media respectively using nitrile rubber, neoprene rubber, fluorine rubber, polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE) and other diaphragms to meet the needs of different users. Mounted in a variety of special occasions, used to pump a variety of medium which can't be pumped by traditional pumps, have achieved satisfactory results.

1. Pump peanut butter, pickles, mashed potatoes, small sausage, jam, apple and chocolate sauce, etc.
2. Pump paint, resin, pigment.

Diaphragm pump oil leakage failure causes and treatment methods
The gasket or seal ring is damaged or too loose,Adjust or replace the gasket and sealing ring.
Pump worked, but the flow rate is small or no liquid outflow:
1. Check the cavitation phenomenon of the air operated double diaphragm pump and reduce the speed of the pump to let the liquid enter the liquid chamber.
2. Check whether the valve ball is stuck. If the operating liquid is incompatible with the pump liquid parts, the elastic parts will expand. Please replace it with appropriate material.
3. Check whether the joint of the pump inlet is completely locked without leakage, especially the clamp near the valve ball at the inlet end needs to be locked.
The air valve of the air operated double diaphragm pump is frozen: check whether the water content of the compressed air is too high, and install air drying equipment.
The outlet of the pump has bubbles: check whether the diaphragm is broken, check whether the clamp is locked, especially the inlet pipe clamp.
The pumped liquid flows out from the air outlet: check whether the diaphragm is broken, check whether the diaphragm and the inner and outer clamp plates are clamped on the shaft.
Precautions for use
Electrostatic sparks may cause an explosion. Use a wire with a large cross-sectional area as required to properly and reliably ground on the pump. Grounding requirements comply with local laws and regulations and some special requirements on site. The exhaust of the pump may contain solid objects, do not put the exhaust port against the working area or people, so as to avoid personal injury. When the diaphragm fails, the material transported by the pump will be ejected from the exhaust muffler. Ensure that the pump pressure pipeline system can withstand the highest output pressure, to ensure the pump drive air circuit system clean and normal working conditions. When transporting flammable or toxic fluids, connect the outlet to a safe area away from the work area.
