Description for different models
55T series pneumatic stirrer
Suitable for mixing in 55 gallon, 250L standard drums.
Specially designed for a barrel with 2-inch bung hole, first fix the inclined mounting seat to the bung hole, and then put the mixing shaft into the barrel, finally fix the mixer by locking the bolts on the mounting seat.
Specially designed with fold-able impellers, it can open to work automatically when rotating and close automatically when stopping.
55C series agitator pneumatic
Suitable for 200L-500L containers, for coatings, chemical liquids, ink mixing.
The solid horizontal mounting plate pneumatic stirrer is fixed in center of the open barrel, connected with the air source, and the agitator pneumatic mixer can be quickly started to achieve the purpose of mixing.
The advantage is that it can be quickly disassembled, installed to other containers for use, convenient and efficient.
There are locking bolts on both sides of the horizontal mounting plate to ensure smooth mixing after bolts locked.
HBC series air powered agitator
Suitable for standard IBC ton drums (1210*1010*1150mm), mixing, dissolving, anti-precipitation applications.
The horizontal plate is fixed on the IBC bucket frame for safety and convenience.
The collapsible impeller design ensures that the impellers can easily enter barrel bung hole, and when the air powered agitator works, the impeller automatically opens.
