Stainless steel air diaphragm pump is a kind of displacement pump with compressed air as the power and the volume change caused by the reciprocating deformation of the diaphragm, and its working principle is similar to that of the plunger pump. The air driven double diaphragm pump used in accordance with certain instructions and precautions in the specific operation procedures can play a good use value. The following points should be noted when operating with a air powered double diaphragm pump: ensure that the maximum particles contained in the fluid do not exceed the maximum safe passing particle diameter standard of the pump. Tighten the pump and the nozzle joints to prevent the electrostatic spark caused by the vibration impact of the pump during operation. Use anti-static hose. Periodically check and test the reliability of the grounding system. Maintain good exhaust and ventilation, away from flammable, explosive and heat sources. The intake pressure should not exceed the maximum allowable use pressure of the pump. Compressed air higher than the rated pressure of the pipeline pump may cause personal injury and property damage.

Troubleshooting
The pneumatic operated diaphragm pump should have no abnormal sound in operation, the components do not drip, leakage, pressure gauge, control valve work reliably, the performance indicators meet the rated capacity of the manual or can meet the production requirements. However, due to normal wear or aging of component materials, failures can also occur.
Diaphragm pump pressure is insufficient or increased,failure causes and treatment methods:
1. Improper adjustment of pneumatic diaphragm pump pressure regulating valve: Adjust pressure valve to required pressure
2. Pressure regulating valve failure: Check the pressure regulating valve
3. Pressure gauge failure: Repair or replace the pressure gauge
Diaphragm pump pressure drop failure causes and treatment methods:
1. Insufficient feed or feed valve leakage: Check feed condition and feed valve
2. Seal leakage: Inspection seal
3. Pump body leakage or diaphragm damage: Check to replace the gasket or diaphragm.
Diaphragm pump flow insufficient failure causes and treatment methods:
1. Feed valve leakage: Repair or replace the feed valve
2. Diaphragm damaged: Replace diaphragm
3. Speed is too slow, adjustment failure: Check the control device and adjust the speed.
Regular maintenance
After a long time of operation, the pump may be unable to absorb water, at this time, it is necessary to maintain the pump, especially the highly corrosive waste water in the industrial sewage.
1. Prepare maintenance kit: Usually, the manufacturer of the air pump can provide a service package, including the commonly used gaskets and silencers.
2. According to the actual use, regular maintenance of the air pump needed, clean up waste residue, to ensure leakproofness.
3. Each pneumatic pump inlet has a filter, regularly cleaning.
