Whether the stainless steel mixing tank stirs clockwise or counterclockwise depends on the design. If the design does not have a steering mark, it can be turned left and right. The steering of the reducer is generally okay left and right. The steering of the pneumatic agitator depends on the type of impeller and should generally be designed in a direction (clockwise or counterclockwise).
The steering of the pneumatic agitator cannot be changed arbitrarily, because in some occasions the impeller is locked on the stirring shaft with a lock nut, and the direction of rotation is generally opposite to the thread. The steering of the output shaft of the reducer should be the same as that of the pneumatic agitator, so that the steering of the input shaft can be determined, and thus the steering of the motor. If the reducer of the stirring motor has the direction of rotation of stirring, according to the reducer regulations, the process design should also meet the requirements of the equipment. Once the pneumatic agitator of the stainless steel mixing tank is selected, its steering is determined and cannot be arbitrarily changed.
The standard of the stirring vessel is that the steering of the stirring shaft should be indicated in the drawing, and if it is really necessary to rotate forward and reverse, it should be indicated in the technical requirements, and the speed should be specified. But in the actual process is not to do this, in the drawing indicate the steering (normal operation), for example, the drawing indicates that it is a forward rotation, but in the actual process there may be instantaneous, or intermittent reversal (abnormal operation), the general reversal speed is relatively slow, the time is relatively short, so it is not considered. And it is necessary to calculate the spoiler strength. When the motor or process absolutely does not support reversal, it will be noted in the technical requirements that "the rotation direction of the stirring shaft should be consistent with the diagram and shall not be reversed".
