Pneumatic drum mixer main Structural parts characteristics
1. Air motor: The core component of the air mixer is the air motor, which is responsible for converting the compressed air expansion energy into mechanical energy. Piston air motor is usually composed of cylinder, piston and connecting rod (vane motor is usually composed of rotor, stator, blade, etc.), with efficient and reliable characteristics.
2. Stirring impeller: Stirring impeller is the working part of the pneumatic mixer, which is connected with the output shaft of the air motor through the stirring rod and the coupling. The impeller is usually designed with a variety of shapes, which can be selected according to the specific working conditions, and can effectively shear the liquid to achieve the mixing effect.
3. Bracket: Bracket is the support structure of the air powered mixers, usually made of metal materials and has many different types, including flanges, C-Clamp mount bracket, cross tank bracket, angle entry bung bracket, mobile or fixed pneumatic lift stand. The support should have the characteristics of good stability and high strength, which can ensure the stability of the pneumatic mixer in the working process.

2. Output torque and speed is optional with gearbox.
If mixing condition need higher output torque but low speed, gearbox is a good option.
Including Spur gearbox, Helical bevel gearbox, worm gearbox, planetary gearbox etc.
3. For some special situation with extremely long mixing shaft, DSV can provide a stainless steel mounting base as a solution, it can greatly increase stability and reduce shaking.
