1. Connect the air source first and see if the pump can work normally. The pump is running normally, and then check whether the suction is normal, the suction is poor.
2. At this time, it is necessary to check whether the sealing of the upper and lower cover balls and the ball seat is abnormal. You can use a socket wrench to remove the upper and lower covers, check the ball and ball seat after removing the upper and lower covers, and the ball and ball seat of the upper cover are sealed normally and free of impurities.
3. Look at the lower cover again, there is an obvious foreign body at the column of the lower cover, and take out this foreign body. This foreign body resembles a type of nylon, which causes the ball and ball seat to be unsealed, resulting in poor pump suction.
4. Check the sealing ring again to see if there is deformation and whether it needs to be replaced.
5. Then put the upper and lower covers back in turn, and re-ventilate to detect the suction after re-installation, and you can feel that the suction has been significantly improved.
