The main principle of action of the air mixer is to mix air and other gases in a certain proportion by means of physical mixing.

The air mixer is usually composed of four parts: the air intake system, the mixing chamber, the control system and the air outlet system. The air intake system consists of an air inlet and an oxygen inlet, which are connected to an external air source and an oxygen source, respectively, and is equipped with a flow control valve to regulate the flow of air and oxygen entering the mixing chamber 1. The mixing chamber is the heart of the air mixer and is responsible for mixing air and oxygen. The mixing chamber is equipped with special mixing devices, such as agitators or cyclones, to ensure that air and oxygen can be fully mixed to achieve a predetermined mixing ratio.
