When sucking the medium that is easy to freeze, a valve should be installed at the inlet of the pump, and when the pump is stopped, the valve should be closed first, and then the pump should be opened for a few minutes until the pump medium is discharged, so as not to cause difficulties in opening the pump next time.
4. After sucking the easy-to-cure substance, the residual substance is easy to stick to the diaphragm, and it should be thoroughly cleaned to avoid damaging the diaphragm or not being able to start next time.
5. Shorten the length of the suction pipeline as much as possible to prolong the service life of the diaphragm.
6. The vibration of this pump is extremely slight, and the foot bolts can not be installed under normal circumstances.
7. When the pipeline is long, the pipeline should be fixed, and the pump should not be used to bear the weight of the pipeline.
8. If the diaphragm is broken, there will be liquid discharged from the exhaust port, the work should be stopped and the diaphragm should be replaced, otherwise the impurities in the liquid are easy to wear out the air valve.
